Collection Only Items

For many of our larger items they are collection only, and the rough location can be seen on the products listing, however, for further details on collection please message us using our contact us form. 

Courier Service

Alternatively, for some items, you can organise a courier to come and collect and deliver to you. Shiply is a popular company that many clients opt for, and the link to their website is below.

  • Returns Eligibility: Returns are accepted for Faulty Items, Damaged Items or items not as described.
  • 14-Day Return Window: If your item is comes within the returns eligibility, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Proof of Fault, Damage or incorrect description:  Please provide photos and a detailed description of the issue to support your return request.  Send tosales@theclutterflies.com
  • Return Process: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return and cover the cost of postage, including shipping details and any additional requirements.
